AMC Theatres offers refunds for movie tickets and pre-ordered concessions up until the scheduled showtime of your feature. For merchandise purchased through our online store, items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare Your Item

For physical merchandise, ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Submit Return Shipment

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send the items back to our processing center.

Receive Your Refund

Once your return is received or your ticket cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
